The registered office address, nominee director and nominee secretary for 12 months, provided by Coddan and £20.00 government fee for incorporation is included in the price of this package. This package allows you to register a company name with Companies House and thus prevent this name being used to form a company by anyone else. This package includes: the registration of a non-trading limited company with your choice of name. Coddan will file the annual return and dormant company accounts on your behalf for an annual fee of £60.00.	£22.00
	E-Quick Package: a Private Company Limited by Shares in England or Wales. The £20.00 government fee for incorporation is included in the price of this package. The following documents, which need to be printed and signed, will be emailed to you upon formation of your company: a Certificate of Incorporation (PDF), the Memorandum & Articles of Association (MS Word), the Minutes of the First Meeting of Directors (MS Word), share certificates and a company register. You can order additional services via the online order form at the same time as you order your company formation. Your company' directors are personally responsible for submitting yearly accounts and the company's annual return to the Registrar of Companies. Your company's annual accounts must also be filed within set time limits.	£32.00
	Economy Package: a Private Company Limited by Shares in England or Wales. The registered office address for 12 months, provided by Coddan and £20.00 government fee for incorporation is included in the price of this package. The following documents, which need to be printed and signed, will be emailed to you upon formation of your company: a Certificate of Incorporation (PDF), the Memorandum & Articles of Association (MS Word), the Minutes of the First Meeting of Directors (MS Word), share certificates and a company register. You can order additional services via the online order form at the same time as you order your company formation. Annual renewal fees for registered office address services are from £50.00 - this will be due 12 months after the registration date of the company and will continue yearly thereafter.	£82.00

The following documents, will be posted to you upon formation of your company: a hard bound copy of corporate documents includes: a laminated copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of your company, a hard bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, a hard bound copy of the Minutes of the First Meeting of Directors, share certificates, and your company register. You can order additional services via the online order form at the same time as you order your company formation. Annual renewal fees for the registered office address and for the nominee secretary services are from £99.95 - this will be due 12 months after the registration date of the company and will continue yearly thereafter.	£131.95
	Deluxe Package: a Private Company Limited by Shares in England or Wales. Pre-signed, undated resignation letter from Nominee Director, General Power of Attorney signed by Nominees, Indemnity Letter for General Power of Attorney and the Agreement for the provision of nominee service and indemnification of nominees.
